We used to do this trail back in the 1980s. Me & a buddy stumbled upon it late at night in the pouring rain. With my truck loaded with motorcycles & camping gear not knowing what to expect, I went down it. Didn't even try to make it up in the rain with a loaded truck. Been up it many times since. Nice trail.
thinking about making the trip there. we are from san luis obispo, so it is quite the drive. is it really challenging for a built rig? my sammi is on yota axles, locked f and r, 4.88s, 6.4 tcase gears, 35" km2s. will it be boring for me, or will it challenge me?

+SLO Krawlers Walk in the park for you. Most of it is just a nice easy climb. The last mile is really where the fun is.
