I used to speed skate back in the 80s on Quads and moved to unline skates..
I totally miss that time in my life…
Thank u to all the parents that supported their kids!! It’s a lot but keep ur kids into skating!!! Keep them out of the awful reality of the world…
I thank u to all the coaches that r out there taking care of ur skaters and caring!!
My coaches in my live made me a better skater and a better person..
Skating was a way of life..

I did this when I was young, had wooden wheels (Blue Streak), did this for 13 years 40+ hr a week.. Best time in my life... I miss speed skating.

Junior Boys RSROA 1952 Del/Maryland State and Eastern Regionals Silver and 1953 Gold both State and Regionals. Lots of good memories there. Unfortunately I skated during the same time as Sonny Conrad who took the Nationals. Sonny was one of the finest quad speed skaters I ever knew.

Man I loved doing that my skates were fire proline plates ceramic bearings riedell boot bont red magic wheels good custom skate
