I am also an avid taphopile, and have a FB page called "Cemetery Tripping", I'm constantly photographing old cemeteries and their art. I saw the article in the Globe today about you recreating the Crowninshield graves, and was thrilled to see that someone still hand-carves gravestones!! This little video was great and I love the history. I am looking forward to watching the rest of your videos, as well as your progress on the gravestones. Thank you for caring enough to undertake this endeavor!
Beautifully done! Your videos are terrific - and the work you're doing is amazing. I just read Spencer Buell's story about the recreation of the Crowninshield stones in the Globe. I'm looking forward to watching all the videos. I was teaching as an adjunct at RISD in 1996 - 2003 in FAV and I suspect we overlapped a bit.

Thanks! Much appreciated! It's a wonderful tradition to be a part of.
