Happy weekend everyone! No big video this week, but I’ve had a TON of people ask me where they can get the Carnivores HD Trophy Room theme, and since there’s really nowhere to get it besides the game, I thought I would provide it for you here! If there's one thing you gotta love about the reboots, this is it.
Definitely. They might not have gotten a lot right, but what they did get right, they knocked it out of the park.
Carnivores music is underrated. We need more videos like this!
Really gives you an ambient prehistoric/scifi feeling
If you increase the speed, you get a different vibe, and it sounds really nice. It becomes difficult to listen to normal speed after that, though.
1.25 - Music you'd hear at a bar... in the future
1.5 - Instrumental to a rap song
2 - Would fit in a racing game?? Workout music??
Anything lower than normal speed just sounds like you've been smoking weed.
This is an excellent theme to remix. I'd be down for a Carnivores-themed racing game featuring a remix of this!
Am i the only who wants a Original Carnivores's Trophy Room Ambient "Theme" as well? The sound of the winds is so iconic man since the 2nd game iirc.
If enough people want it, I could probably put that together!

This music is really good, probably my favorite in the series. But especially when 1:36 begins, it’s really good. But.. the music has this somehow depressing feel. It feel likes the end of something is approaching. And I’m wondering if that something is Carnivores.

I just thought about the fact that the planet might be ending which is why you can see a ringed planet in the distance as well as volcanoes. So this planet might be on a path into the other planet.

I remember being in this room for like an hour watching all my dinos(I always catch all regular and mutated dinos and then just watch them) XD
And enjoying the music of course
I love how they actually have the standing idle animations of the dinosaurs moving in the trophy room

I actually enjoyed the music for this game quite a bit. It can set the mood well at certain moments. The menu theme sounds amazing and it sounds adventurous. This one is hard to pin down. Point is, the OST HD and reborn was a pleasant addition, especially since the music doesn't distract too much.
The Reborn OST is definitely a highlight. Carnivores gen. 2 is surprisingly excellent with the music choices.
10/10 Good song to listen to while eating Grass in Vengar Fjords :D

This song makes me feel like im in a beautiful bright colorful cave full of a variety of different colored crystals all over the cave walls.
Considering that never I've played this game myself, I think this is nice music. Not bad, for a Carnivores game like this.
Definitely one of the highlights of Carnivores gen. 2, in my opinion.
I'll give the developers credit, for trying to take different routes with these newer Carnivores games. It's brave, though we can 100% confirm that a majority of the Carnivores community wasn't pleased with the new directions they were going.
Forgot how chill this theme was. You plan on uploading any other Carnivores themes or themes from related games?
If enough people want more Carnivores themes, I might do it! I know there are plenty of tracks if the demand is popular.
Absolutely! What about other series like Primal Prey?
I don't see why not! If people enjoy Primal Prey's music like they do Cityscape's, I'm sure it'll be a worthwhile investment.

So, ya gave my menu theme idea a go? Sweet! Hope ya set up more menu themes! Admittedly I expected the Feels and Themes layout associated with the menu theme in the description to give the viewers an idea of what to expect, similar to the setup for Kevin Macleod's work, but it's a nice start! Keep this music train o' yers rollin', man!

The Kevin Macleod layout is a neat idea, although I feel a tad unqualified to elaborate on the feels and themes of each piece since I didn't write or compose any of them (just in case the composer has differing feelings). Maybe I'll try something different with the next one!
Understandable. Still, I'm pleased. I say, bring on the next menu music theme!
Also, I hope ya get back on my notes back on DA when ya got the time! Plus, we can't wait to see the next mod showcase once finished! Will stay tuned!

I’d like to see some kind of compilation of taking down one of every dinosaur with only the pistol. Wouldn’t have to be on the same run, but it would be interesting to watch.

I have challenge for you. Hunt t-rex, 3 parasaurolophus and 2 triceratops with only randomly upgraded rifle and revolver. Use radar and double ammo :) also select your favorite bonus.

Unfortunately, there are no mods for CDH Reborn. The devs abandoned the game before we got any Steam workshop support, so as of now, the game's kinda dead. :/

Saurian Target You don’t have to include the Dino calls. Just the ambient sounds. I just haven’t seen any video showing all sounds from C2 that’s all.
Don't know if anyone has heard about this but an update for the mobile carnivores dinosaur hunter came out 20th april. Nibelugen Paradise had an easter egg added in coordinate D7, and it's pretty interesting.
Does anyone know which mods require the game and which ones don’t?
Most of the big ones (i.e. Triassic, Migration, Abandoned Islands, etc.) don't require the game. Some of the smaller ones do (i.e. Modern Days), but for the most part you should be able to download almost any mod and play it without the actual game.

Probably not. Reborn was done by an entirely separate company, I don't think anyone can work on it now. :(
Can u help me saurian. Every-time i play carnivores 2, when i run theres no water and also remember that how to mod video, yeah well The carnivores 2 game works fine but sometimes when i kill a dinosaur, it doesn’t do the death sound. Please help
It sounds like you're playing on Software mode, is that true? If that's the case, you might want to change the graphics options from the "Options" menu.
So i turned it on to open dx something and it works fine but the steps sound weird every time i walk
Its name is 3dx but yeah
Did you try D3D? That one is usually the best option.
