Study is restricted under the Graduate route. The study condition states that you cannot study any course which could in theory be sponsored under the Student route.

Hii...as mentioned in the video wife needs to stay minimum 9 months with husband who is studying in UK...can she travel to india in between for a few days or it needs to be continuous stay of 9 months?

Sir, if a person is on psw visa for one year . In the meanwhile, he gets sponsor and convert psw to sponsored visa to start route towards PR. Due to some reasons, he cannot continue said job. Then what would be the scenario? Could he be return to psw visa to complete his remaining one year psw.

I started my Master's in cybersecurity in September 2018
I got my Master's certificate in 28th October 2020.
In April 2020 (covid pandemic) the University notified to UKVI that I suspension of studies.
Later I paid university fee, I got master's certificate successfully.
My visa was between September 2018 to September 2020.
safely I submitted exceptional assurance before my visa expire September 2020.
I got exceptional assurance till November 2020.
I applied FLR(HRO) before exceptional assurance Nov2020.
Still my case is in pending from last Nov2020 till date. I have a legal stay because my FLR(HRO) case not yet decided.

I came in uk in Jan 2020 and my course finished in April 2020 now during this time I failed in one module so now I'm retaking this module and extending my tier 4 visa so of I'll pass this module in next semester with extended tier 4 visa then I'll be able to get PSW?

Hi Garry sir, i will be going to Uk this September 2021 for masters. I am married & have 1 year old kid. I m planning to bring them in Uk in June 2022. In that case will my spouse be eligible for psw? Can I bring them in June 2022 or I have to bring them early for obtaining psw for my spouse?

Haan Pankaj bhai jahaan tak mujhe pata hai, agar aapko Tier-2 job mil jaati hai during the psw period tab aap apni wife ko bula sakte ho India se. Your annual salary must be at least £25,600 but in case you get a job which comes under the shortage occupation, then they can bring down this threshold on the annual salary to £18,600 as well.

No, it's next to impossible in the case of UK to call your parents, brothers, sisters & other relatives to come & stay with you in the UK. They can come on a visitor visa for a maximum period of 6 months only. However, you can call your wife & children, who are your immediate dependants, to the UK.
