You have no idea how much I love Underswap, or rather - "Canonswap", and I wanted to make a suitable track in the style of "MEGALOVANIA" for a long time, using Papyrus motifs, associated melodies from the original game. You could say that my version of Megalovania could have been in a real full Underswap fan game, or "If Toby Fox made Underswap". In the meantime - enjoy! See you soon! :3
I love this song! It's sounds amazing! But if we're talking about canon... To be fair MEGALOVANIA Doesn't originate from Undertale, doesn't include any UNDERTALE leitmotifs, and is not Sans's theme (who theme is MEGALOVANIA? I don't know... Toby?). So I'm pretty sure Canon Underswap would do the same. Also, I don't know if you notice, but that's not Underswap Papyrus's canon design. But overall, I LOVE YOUR WORK!
The fact this became my favorite papyrus megalo just by listening to it once just shows how good of a megalo it is. it truly captures megalovainia, but swapped. not only that, it throws in motifs from pap songs that fit really well.
If I'm being completely honest, this has to be the best Underswap Papyrus theme WHICH ACTUALLY FITS to the atmosphere of Canonswap or as if you said it "if Toby fox made underswap" This fits megalovanias mood and is overall just awesome. 👍

This is definitely better than Reanimation in my book. Perhaps I'm biased, though, I just love seeing "Papyrus' cool song" used as a motif(such a good motif, yet so underused), and really, any alternative to Reanimation is a good thing considering what its creator is like.
Why don’t ya call it “Power Addiction”? Like... I like Reanimation cuz of the name and the rythym, but it’s just my opinion (not judging ya, ya have ur reasons)- So... When I listened to this, I just pictured the battle and thought that... Power Addiction should be the name for it (cuz... that’s literally what the Geno path is about)

The reason i like the original Reanimation its cuz just like Undertale's Megalovania, it doesnt have any recognizable motifs in it, making it feel believable. That doesnt mean i dont like this theme tho, i love anything with papyrus motifs in it (thats why im here to begin with) ✨ It also feels weirdly classic? Like, its not filled to the brim with hd samples and post processing, it feels like old fanmade themes, but with melodies in the style of modern Undertale Au themes. Maybe other ppl would able to explain it better than me
