Since you asked what I think: 1) wow this is great, it’s gonna be really good and you’re super happy about it; 2) You could run some spray foam along the bottom of the wall, but you’ve got a nice concrete lip to help keep out seepage. Mice can squeeze through small cracks so keep an eye out during cold months; 3) are you parking the van inside in cold months? I wonder if that will last long (you will expand and shut down the storage unit I hope); 4) How is the lighting with the light colour paint? I’d suggest a white but you’ve already painted it. Meh. 5) good call on the OSB boards, yes can cut and remove for electrical adjusting; 6) I suggest good lighting especially when looking at part #s on pieces. 7) Finally, man this is again super cool, dedicated space out of the living area, sweet. Now let’s see how you maximize it! Looking forward to the full tour.

Spray foam is a solid suggestion that hasn’t crossed my mind. That’s a solid solution to the little gaps in the osb.

@@TravisMarsala In that case there are spray foams for various materials and gap sizes and maybe rodent resistant. So read the cans and ask staff. Best of luck!
