What is in the water? Fast moving terrapins? I hear . . . a baboon? The lioness is very pretty.

Why is there dogs barking why are dogs there at all
I didn't hear any. Poacher Patrols use dogs. the owners and staff of the lodge may have dogs, there may be nearby villages that have dogs....just a few suggestions.
