Why bother using insulated wire for your jumper wires?

Now when you talk about one of your lines being a neutral. Cant you tie that neutral into the ground rod?

Hi Brett! Yes, you could tie this into the ground rod if you wanted to set up a Posi-Neg Fence System. That is another way to do it! Great question!
