I wasn't expecting lockjaw to
teleport himself in the deck 😂
Its actually useful if you accidentally get a crappy card like wasp out. Hulkbuster and hope for a 50/50 that wasp gets returned to the deck
Well its obvious because hulk buster can also be used to move a card with ironfist
I'm pretty sure the final interaction is based off of who was played first as you can see in the first interaction the game registered Scarlet Witch and everyone else behind her and then your card
Maybe you`re right. But I believe we had instances where it worked other way!
another strange interaction is when I continue to keep buying every single bundle from the shop my bank account balance goes to zero. :O
WHOA! Thats weird. Send me your banking passwork, so I can test it out 😂😂😂
Now I know I understood Spider-man 99 part WRONG! Thanks to smart gentlemen in the
comments. Now remember bub: "Who was flipped first - attacks first!" NOW WE KNOW!
Again, huge thanks to my brother Beta, it was SUPER FUN. 🤣🤣
SUBSCRIBE, BUB! 😉
I had a funny one that came up a couple times, Shadow King on Mysterio (not the Illusions) with Luke Cage. If Shadow King hits Mysterio, he sets him to 0 power, Luke Cage coming out afterwards will reset Mysterio to his previous power.
Yeah, I thought they trigger by order of resolution, just like captain marvel
Actually on Spider-Man 2099 , it's whichever one was played first goes first. In the game it always resolves certain effects(such as Destroyer) in the order the cards were played in. If you played a nova first, then wolverine, etc. Until you played Destroyer, then it will destroy them in that order.
That's just my experience
The Kang and SW interaction is sick actually
Makes me wonder if SW has a *single* location on her mind (RNG'd for the whole match) - could experiment that w Beast/Lockjaw
@@wayVier it definitely seems that was, I imagine that the location she's gonna pull is predetermined for that turn
Yeah this was heavily tested when Kang was first released. SW/reality will always be the same outcome for that specific turn unless the Kang user has prio and can play a RNG card like gambit, it will change the RNG seed for opps SW. The location will be different
Shang-Chi cannot destroy a Dracula who copied The Infinaut! I'll know after losing my 8 cubes now! :' )
@@NuffSaidBobmaybe Shang-Chi and Dracula were at the Dark Dimension, but Dracula was revealed and got his power before Shang-Chi revealed at the end of the game
3:06 I never did this with Lockjaw, knowledge is never too much hahaha the same thing happens when you throw the Iron fist and then the hulkbuster at it, the iron fist moves itself. nice video Bub, please bring more content like this it's really fun😂
This is brilliant! And the edits are exceptional.
I’ve always struggled with Shuri interactions when Shuri moves- or if the location swaps places (Starlight Citadel). You could even combine Starlight Citadel and Scarlet Witch to see if that yields any weird interactions.
This was so much fun (i mean, what else is new on this channel, duh) we need more of this Bub!
I really like the humor of this video. And it's also so interesting. Keep them coming!
Dude the content itself was really interesting, but the editing totally made the whole video. Fantastic work!
great content, should make it a series everytime a new card appear or adjusment happen, this is what the community want to see
I just found your channel and i gotta say that i love your editing. It keep makes me laugh. Keep it up, love your content 🙌
One that I just learned is that if Alioth destroys an unrevealed card placed at location where Shuri has been played, Shuri will STILL double the power of the NEXT card played at her location (assuming another card wasn’t played in the prior turn).
So:
Turn 4: You play Shuri
Turn 5: Opponent plays Alioth destroying your card before it reveals
Turn 6: your next card, if played on Shuri, gets doubled
Which seems odd because I think if you juggernaut a card played on a Shuri lane, it will still get the buff as it was the next card played at Shuri’s location, could be wrong about this one though.
There is a fun deck doing a similar thing.
Play shuri on 4.
Play taskmaster behind invisible woman on other lane turn 5
Play destroyer on shuri turn 6.
Both Destroyer and taskmaster get 30 power.
this was awesome :D I love this! keep it coming! also I suggest (I know most of it is hard) show the location calculations when we have for example multiple nexus, or when we have doubler cards like Ironman and Onslaught and how it calculates with nexus, with living tribunal, with mirror match and superskrull! I love to see huge powers :D also it was possible to do viper destroyer odin! I would love to see that too :D things have changed drastically! drastically enough that I detect the old videos by the way the powers calculated, instead of anything else :D oh I hope it becomes a series in your channel!
@@NuffSaidBob well the calculation part I can help with, although making the thing happen, like triple nexus, is not simple, but I can be of help if you want to calculate these in friendly matches.
This is something I don't know I need! Hope for more content like this!
It would be cool to do some more hulk buster experiments, see what happens with alioth. Also, I really like your content! You seem to be the only one making these types of videos so thank you!

Instant sub. I love content like this. Will there be more? If so I am turning notifications on!! You should stream these tests
Spider-man interaction is not random, it works like cap. Marvel, and depends of whose spider-man was flipped first (if you watch carefully at 4:04 you can see that spider-man at your side started to flip first)
Maybe I`m wrong, but I`m pretty sure we had instances where Spider-Man 99 flipped last and attacked first!
Maybe, but as far as I know, it works like this, and you can also see it in your video.
Anyway thank you for your work, love your videos
It is more related to who played 2099 first. If I played 2099 on turn 4 and you played him turn 5, I will always win the move since my guy will get moved first. That’s how Kraven and move cards work when heimdell moves them. It is in the order they were played first. Also, Magneto will move the last 3 and 4 cost cards played on the opponent side… so it is not completely random.
@@favl9818 yeah I guess you`re right! thanks for explaining it to me 👍👍
I never thought lockjaw would just teleport himself away like that caught me off guard 😅 also I did encounter the lock jaw combo when I put professor x on em and the opponent used another card to teleport but didn't due to professor x locking down the lane. I was like very interesting
@@NuffSaidBobIt’s because it’s not a really jeff interaction that makes him stay. It’s Professor X and lockjaw. If you try to lockjaw and your opponent has priority meaning the Pro X flips first, your card (any card) stays. Pro X makes it so any card cannot be added to the location. Jeff ignores that but since no cards can be added lockjaw doesn’t activate and he stays. Learned this because someone counter my lockjaw with Pro X. Hope this clears things up.
In just one video you answered the few questions I have about the game. Thanks bro
Ha ha ha yes! Awesome to see one of my suggestions made it in!
Very cool video and incredibly informative.
Nothing more frustrating in the game than losing a match because you thought an interaction would work differently.
Thanks for the suggestion! I dont remember which one was yours. But I`m sure I took some insparation from the comments 👍👍👍
@@NuffSaidBob I'm sure someone else mentioned it too. Just cool to see you found it as weird as I did and it made it into this initial video here.
It was the Spiderman - Negasonic one.
Loved the video! A couple of them I'm still trying to wrap my head around how they work... Feel like they could be more bugged than intentional. Lol
@@paintedwolf1654 honestly as long as I think about them, they all work EXACTLY how they should, according to their texts.
Damn i love your montage 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nice job, really bro ! I LOVE YOU !!!
Great video man it should have been a lot of work to record all that! Keep making content good luck
I knew most of this but it's still nice to be reminded of how it all works. There are some interactions that I like to keep a bit under wraps so people don't expect it (like Taskmaster or Absorbing Man directly under Invisible Woman copying the last card you play).
Here is a strange interaction I had a few months ago (could have been patch since tho)
Lets say turn 1 you play card X on Luke's Bar and it returns to hand.
Then turn 2 you play Ghost-Spider first and the unrevealed card X on another location second.
Ghost-Spiders on reveal ability moves the unrevealed card X to its location.(even though card X is played after ghost-spider it was still played before because it was returned to hand the previous turn 🥴)
For example I had 3 Luke's Bar (from Legion) and by doing the above I played the unrevealed card on one Luke's Bar and it moved to another Luke's Bar and it didn't return to my hand (hand was not full)
@@NuffSaidBob another, a little more known strange interaction, which you maybe already covered is
turn 4 professor X into klyntar merges into a symbiote
The reason mystique copies Wong is because Odin hasn’t finished being “played”, so mystique still sees Wong as the last played card. On reveals and other interactions all happen before a card is considered played
With Spiderman 2099, it's not priority it's whoever places the card first. Amazing content btw!
Love your content and edits!! Please keep it uup and don't stop
@@NuffSaidBob Do you've any socials whether private or public? I'd like to follow you there
I think the 2099 interaction is based on which was played first. And the spiderman lockjaw negasonic interaction was because you didnt play spiderman into lockjaw the second time. Spiderman was saved from her the first time because of lockjaw not because she got moved. I could be wrong though.
Theres alot you xan learn from the game mechanics from just hullbuster and jubille. Its how i learned after all
I gravitated to “informative channels” when I started playing Snap. Now, at CL 6000, what I need is this channel. Instant subscribe. Love your content
Really cool video, so many interesting interactions. My real Mysterio got Shadow King'd just now and it went from 4 to 0, don't understand why that happened. I had Patriot and Mystique on board to buff it to 4 initially (before it was revealed to be real), not sure if that changed anything.
Aside from New York is it not which 2099 is played first. The first example yours was already on the board. And the strange academy yours comes down first like you had priority and would play first. Like the Mysterio/Captain Marvel interaction.
That reminds me Hearthstone interactions, but MS ones aren't bizarre if you know how does it work:
1. Put a card on a location
2. Card activates "on reveal" effect (if it summons other card then:
2a. Summoned card activates "on reveal" effect.
2b. Summoned card is placed in location)
3. Card is PLAYED
4. Location effect
Shortly, card counts as played after "on reveal" effect.
Then about interactions:
I1. Odin activates his reveal effect which forces Mystique to use her reveal effect which copies ongoing effect of last card PLAYED. But Odin will be count as played after his (and Mystique) effects so for Mystique last card Played was Wong. Everything is fine here.
I2. In this case Phoenix reveal effect is divided into 2 separate effects: summon and then merge. So Pheonix summons Hulk Buster which activates its effect first (2a) which removes it so Phoenix doesn't have target to merge with anymore. This interaction can be unclear but I'm not sure it's fixable without changing how Phoenix works.
I3. Thats fun one. I played Kang a little and I can say that all random effects (discards, buffs, summons) are remembered and executed again (If possible).
I4. Jeffs ability removes restrictions to play/move but it doesn't make him immovable. Prof. X effect is non-existent for him so he can be moved or bounced. Same goes with Aunt May’s location.
I5. It doesn't because it's Lockjaw summon effect (which is blocked by Prof. X) and it doesn't have any synergy with Jeff ability.
I6. It's not fully obvious, because Spidey has additional script. He moved Negasonic first then he was PLAYED then he moved himself. Thats why he wasn't destroyed, Negasonic was in 3rd location while he was played in 1st location. And thats why Spidey 2099 was summoned in 1st location, not in 3rd.
I7. Card with merged Hulk Buster counts as Hulk Buster itself. It works with most similar cards (Juggernaut, Ghost-Spider, Iron Fist, Taskmaster).
I8. Many ppl explained it already. Same effect -> play order. I learned that hard way with Captain Marvel.
If you want funny interactions, Lockjaws summoned cards are actually PLAYED so they have unexpected interactions. You can recreate I6 but with second card near Negasonic, Spidey should pull it, then he should be replaced with Lockjaw effect (because order, it could be destroyed first if you somehow play lockjaw in Negasonic location (Iron Fist maybe?)), then summoned card should be destroyed. Or just play Alioth against swapped card.
I was playing against a Phoenix Force deck, and I played Legion on Space Throne the same turn they played PF (in a location with cards already in it). PF did its animation and disappeared before turning into the new card, because the location was already full. I guess PF briefly disappears as part of its on reveal? Either way, very weird and very surprising!
This guys Toast. You remind me of a certain Legendary HS creator. Great vid Bob!
the mystique interaction is pretty straightforward, you play mystique, she doesnt copy so she remain an on reveal card, you play wong, then you play odin, he retriggers mystique ability and she copies last card played which was wong who happens to have an ongoing effect so mystique copies him. She wont try to copy odin because his on reveal effect wasnt finnished yet so he wasnt regarded as last card played. However if you played mystique into wong into not ongoing card into odin, then mystique woudnt have copied anything
I wonder if the way the 2099/Bifrost interaction resolved could also have been because your opponent's was internally considered to have move first (due to priority).
In this case, their 2099 would into the location but there was no card already there, it would do nothing. Then, yours would move in, and their 2099 was there, so yours would kill it. I would assume that the middle would move for both players before the left, though, which would supersede priority. In order to test this, then, you would need to fill the right location on 1 player's side enough that a card in the middle doesn't move, making sure the player with the filled location doesn't have priority, and then letting the 2099s move from left to mid. If the 2099 kills the card that stays in the middle before the other player's 2099 kills it, that would support this theory.
LOVE IT!
My thought about 2099 was that the one played first takes priority, like, if both play at the same time the priority goes first, but if a player has priority but the losing one was already on the field that one would get the priority after the movement. Anyway amazing video, really entertaining
Very cool!
Wut du helll we got 7 bub videos per week out of this one 🗣️🗣️ 🔥🔥 ‼️‼️
I'd love to see what happens to Jeff when Luke's Bar tries to bounce him to a full hand. I feel like we already know the answer, though.
For Spider-Man 99 its not the priority but the one is enter the board first will kill the other one
Bro ur awesome.......This Vid. Idea is Awesome......🙆🙆🙆 (Peak Snap Content)
I think the first spiderman 2099 interaction was whoever was losing, because the one who was winning would not have anything to destroy as there were no cards yet
Yeah I noticed the interaction with hb and pf when that card was released. Kinda feels like a bug because by all accounts it doesn't make sense.
Gran contenido… estos experimentos son los que siempre busque
🙏🙏🙏Hey Bobb pls continue doing a series of episode on this interaction!!! Pls
The Spider-Man 2099 is not random. That card attacks first which is played first.
