Yes I. Planno was the unofficial head of RasTafari in Jamaica.
A force for unity, he considered himself part of all the major houses of Rasta, Nyahbinghi, Bobo Ashanti and Twelve Tribes of Israel.
He was the secretary for Prince Emmanuel Charles Edwards, the Bobo founder, when the first island-wide Binghi was held in 1958.
It was Planno who had met privately with our King of Kings, Emperor Haile Selassie I in 1961 in Ethiopia and who the Emperor called to calm the crowd at Palisadoes airport.
It was Planno the Emperor appointed to organize making sure that RasTafari would be represented and present at all His official functions when in Jamaica in 1966.
Lets recall some great men.

Planno also had a most remarkable baritone speaking voice that reverberated like thunder.
Plano was such a big elder, went to meet Selassie, helped Marley
