I’m 63 and I love FF
Dino is a living legend of aggressive metal riffing. Been listening to FF since Soul of a New Machine. This man's guitar work has gotten even faster and heavier since the 90's. I also love his band Divine Heresy, which is more death metal based.
This song is a huge part of my Carmageddon experience.

Fear Factory is a concentrate of what was great in the 90's, artisticly speaking.
That tone is easily in my top 10 metal tones love it 🤘 Demanufacture was a great album 👌
It's amazing how the production aged so well. Killer record and easily one of the very best metal release of all time in my humble opinion.

Dino Cazares, that name is sealed in the music hall of fame for the rest of eternity alongside the late legends. Definitely one of a kind inspiration. He’s the reason why i have a seven string Ibanez in my room.
I bought Demanufacture based off the names of the songs on the back of the CD, and had never heard a single note by Fear Factory. What a life changing moment...every song was awesome and brutal and I pretty much wore the CD out.

I remember hearing this song for the first time in a video game called Carmageddon back in 1996, i think. I bought Demanufacture CD the next day :)
Same! Weren't you also blown away when you heard the songs the first time with vocals? On the Carmageddon soundtrack the songs are all instrumentals.

SOOOooooo Riffy and HEAVY!!! The tension that is built up during the breakdown with Rhys Fulber's keyboard part and released when he transitions back into the main riff again is very satisfying. I literally listened to this album everyday skating around back in high school. My only regret is they never got along after their 15 minutes of fame on MTV w Gary Numan.

Yes, this is in Standard B tuning. Dino started using Standard A as well, starting on Obsolete.
