When it's taste testing time he actually breaks off a piece and takes some to each of his camera people and hand feeds them a taste. How many guys give a crap about their Camara people. (I'm already exhausted) All this needs is a Rabbi, a Priest, and a Whore, and there's a great joke in there somewhere! FFS music & singing too! Fun informative episode. I taught myself to not chew craft made chocolates. Instead, I let the chocolate slowly melt in my mouth. More craft chocolatiers should re-educate/ encourage this technique of enjoying specialty created chocolates.
