I disagree. The less viable she is, the better because it leaves your opponent scratching their heads wondering how they lost. It makes people scared of playing against Neco Arc because no one wants to be seen losing to a Neco Arc and put on blast in a tournament setting. True Neco Arc fashion.

@@kurii- While you were correct from an angle, I think the character was truly perfected this time around. They're viable enough, but that does not mean they're the best. Yet, in some instances, they can win a round through mindfuck, eye boggling troll ass gacha rolls. And even if they lose the entire set from then on, most comments will say the Neco Arc is the true winner for what they did to the enemy LOL I love it. I'm one of the few out there who actually plays and sees them as my favorite.

Don't gacha when your opponent Blood Heat, you might die because random neco out of nowhere hitting shield 🤣🤣

To expand upon the fate Go summon gacha, the items specifically are as follows: 1-Black Keys (also the name of the weapons used by Ciel and other Church affiliated Type Moon Characters) which was an Infamous 3 Star Craft Essence that was such a notorious meme to pull it was patched to have it's drop rate reduced; 2- Extremely Spicy Mapo Tofu, another 3 star Craft Essence related to a certain Priest; 3- My First Curry a Craft Essence EXP Card used to level other craft essences , said to be made by a certain master.

The added note about Black Keys being a meme is that there's three types of Black Keys, one for each card-type attack option in the game (Buster, Quick and Arts). Hence the Black Keys being at triple the rate of seeing it than other 3* CEs.

Flashlight trajectory is not random, it depends on where do you hit it, if you hit the feet right from the bottom, it flip back, feet hit from back going to front and front hit is going to be back drop trajectory.
Try hit it from overhead or chest height from behind if you want to rush the enemy or hit it from front for punishment frame counter.
