I would be very involved in the next hire, and I will have the final say, but I would definitely seek my GM advice and take into consideration how he feels. Warren being heavily involved or in charge of the next coaching hire is confusing to me as his resume is administrative and I have to ask what about Warrens background makes him the man to lead this search, especially when it's Poles who'll face the consequences of that decision.
