That's a secret maybe for decks below passengers,,Not a secret to the Spa deck passengers,,,my Spa room was 5 steps from that "secret deck " I was there every day.
I forgot to go to it when I was on the Horizon in February!!

I Like Cruise Ships we did. I didn’t like how plain the ship was and I REALLY missed the glass elevators and the atrium that went all the way up. My son even showed me this video before we went, too!

No, it at all. It's in a public area on the ship, you just need to go through the un marked doors to find it.
It usually is off limits only during serious weather conditions. Like strong winds and a heavy amount of rain. Aside from those two instances, I Like Cruise Ships is pretty spot on.
When are they going to get rid of the fascination ship it’s an eyesore when arriving into Barbados and San Juan. If someone thought it was a good idea to attached the few balcony’s to the cabins onto the side of the ship then they never sailed in her. A five year old could have done better. Just scrap it and give your guests a proper cruise ship not that very poor excuse for one that arrives each week much to the hilarious laughter it gives to the both islanders especially when a real cruise ship docks by the side of it.
