No, car number plate does not mean it's a no go area Batkhela and Dargai onwards Government of Pakistan has exempted taxes in these remote and backward areas, previously known as PATA and FATA , they have there own car registration process...how it can be a no go area, for the last 20 years so military operations are undertaken...that's why it's my request to people sitting in Islamabad, Lahore ,and Karachi , to at least teach ur kids about the geography and history of Pakistan , so that once they grow up they should not think that Pakistan only consist of few metropolitan cities ....half of the Pakistan is comprised of that area where people joined it at there own will and wish in the name of Islam after 14 Aug 1947...
