Hi - I found your video and followed the steps. However, at 6:15 minutes, under the client's name, you select the "Bookkeeping" option. I do not have that option. Is there something I am missing?

Been struggling with a beginning-balance issue; the beginning balance that QBO is auto-inserting in the beginning balance box when I start a reconciliation is wrong, but there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it. There is nothing populating in the reconciliation history field, even though there were reconciliations performed during the time when I was using QB Desktop (it doesn't seem to have been brought in with the data import).

Love your videos, got bank reconciliation discrepancy (deleting) every month over two years with 1 year duplication transaction in between two banks, and one of the bank is finally closed unable to connect. May I have your advice the best way to do. Thanks
Yes tell me how to do this reconciliation with the bank can I call them and tell them to look into the account and why I'm showing the positive balance and they're showing the negative balance can I do it that way verbally

I want to go move on to 2020 with as little going backwards to 2019 as possible. What is the best way to get going? When singing up for QBOA there is a message that the request is temporarily unavailable... Tried over and over but was of no avail. Tried everything including incognito browser access. Help please.

Becasue you are picking a statement that is behind several other reconciliations. The batch will do several at the time.
is it for which version holder - standard or premium
What if your new assistant clicked "undo previous reconciliation" is there a way to get it back? UGH!!!

No, you have to recreate all deleted transactions
