Elliot is such a good host. Shout out to him. Though we are amused at his football anxiety regarding Arsenal, his analysis is very good too. Arsenal vision great as always
Thanks guys
Yep, he be whiskers.
The guy is a Top class podcaster & host.
❤Thank you! they say never read the comments but this made my day!
@54:11 Paul (after the war analogy): "I know what you're thinking Elliot"
Lol me too. These guys know each other so well.
There's probably no better player in world football for Martinelli to learn from than Sterling. Sterling was a rough diamond when City signed him, and had a bit of a tendency to have his feet act much faster than his brain. That's where Martinelli is right now. As we all know Mikel helped Sterling focus in on becoming far more effective and efficient in the box. I'm fully confident that Martinelli will go down the same path
But Arteta hasn't been signed its Sterling lol. He hasn't worked that magic Martinelli has regressed.
@@virupakshawalla5734 be quiet 🙄
Trossard is a number ten by trade, seems like the most logical choice as a rotation option for odegaard. He needs to be paired with the right other two midfielders but I can see that being a real option if odegaard goes down.
He has never played as a 10...very low touch player😊
@@adventurerwannabe10 is literally trossard's favorite position...he said that much in an interview
The person who replaces Odegaard if he's down for a while is- drumroll- Zinchenko. He has the intelligence, vision, and skill in passing to coordinate the midfield...
Zinny presses quite bad, don’t think he’ll ever play in mf, let alone starting against spurs away.
Sterling is tailor made for this Tottenham side and that super high line. It's literally 3pts or bust because City will beat Brentford at home.
Bro 💯 !! He will be doing serious damage, terror f D!!😮😅😂
That blue 💙 sky merch!🤌👏😁
I'm hopeful that Sterling could be an important player for us this season. He has that hunger to prove people wrong that think he's long past his best. IMO he score 10 goals across all comps
Would you take 2 points from the next 2 away premier games and surely Zinnie can play the left 8 as he does a good job for Ukraine and I think he could be a better midfielder than a left back.
Nwanieri and Oulad M’Hand are ready for game time in the first team. Arteta should use them.
I thought Oulad M’Hand was a joke name like _Noah Fukinwan_ until I checked. 😂
tim don't make Elliot cry😢❤ Arsenal till I die
55:19 never speak it into existence again Elliot
Honestly Martinelli does not have supply lines as mentioned. This problem must be solved by Arteta.
This is very important for the progress of AFC to winning the Premier league.
Elliot: we are trying to build a team that wins everything.
Me: Let’s win 1 thing 1st.
The squad is very okay, it’s time to support Arteta and the team. You say “Arteta doesn’t give opportunities to the Academy players” yet when this season he does that you complain, if your so called players you wanted Edu to sign were signed then where will Ethan, Myles, Salah, Heaven and others play? Stop mourning get behind Arteta, learn from ManCity fans this is the secret weapon they use against us they support Pep and their team while we Arsenal fans are disunited on social media. That’s what makes ManCity to win trophies.
🤝🏾💯
The club didn’t address this window to give us the best possible chance to win the league. Fans on social media have valid concerns.
@@Reesa89 Yeah, they're full of valid concerns. Online fans are full of wisdom. That's been proven time and time again- right?
@eugene -- the best comment I've ever read on TH-cam 👏
????
I've supported this team since 1991.
Watch the latest training video on Arsenal youtube channel. Raheem looked very sharp. I think Raheem will BANG this campaign. Signing him to a short term if he earns it and fits in the dressing room is no different than signing Jorginho, especially if it brings Martinelli along; which also is no different than Jorginho working because Partey is there. This doesn't replace the idea of getting a Nico Williams (or name a name); it simply means we evaluate where to get the big game player (#9? instead). Point is, he still does have burst and there are other ways to do this, it doesn't automatically mean Sterling canabalizes bringing someone else in. Especially if someone like Trossard sells for money and you decide that is the better way to maneuver the market. All stuff Arsenal leadership will need to work out, just be open minded.
26:10 i predict Arteta will go galaxy brain and keep Kai up top, with a double pivot of Jorgi and Partey... that leaves things as it were, other than Jorgi (splitting time with Thomas in basically sitting between Willy & Big Gabi)... and play "rope a dope" conceding possession slightly but gaining more of counter-attacking blueprint... u know Tottshyte will come at us... let them, and in that formation we can handle it/hit them on break imho
and yeah for me Martinelli has to start... Trossy can come in against tired legs, feel that's gonna b his role (hope he can get used to it)
We got 4 points against Chelsea last year, not 6. 2-2 draw at the Bridge, remember....
Nobody talks about Trossard filling in for MO10...? He can definitely play there. Kai has also done it in the past... I'm not nearly as worried as you 2 are..
Nobody talks about Trossard filling in for MO10...? He can definitely play there?
Who told you that?? Julian off AFTV?
Paul optimistic picking Partey after international break.
With the way we set up our finances I have a feeling we're going for Osimhen in January... He now has a 63 mil release clause and he fired his agent. He'll probably go on a tear in the Turkish league..Edu is playing chess out here while everyone else is playing checkers... Yahtzee!!!
Yes our squad depth with injuprone screams chess.
I think the only way we sign Stirling would be if Stirling scored more than Harland, i just don't see us signing him after the loan unless he agrees to play for us for 100k a week.
I don't see why we wouldn't if he was great and came very cheap on 3 year deal but would have to take big pay cut from 300000 plus a week if that figure is true. But its unlikely I concede
I didn't know questions could be asked so i offer this one. Could it be that Arsenal have some confidence that they will be able to sign Sesko (sp I'm certain) in either Jan or next summer? Hence why we did not go in for a striker.
He is going to be much more expensive if he plays well unless market collapses
When Elliot was talking about getting a red card for pulling off all his clothes for over celebration I was a bit worried it was a Segway into a Manscape ad.
Sterling could be a squad plays but they would need to get another big player
Great show Gentlemen I think if Jesus is not fit for the NLD I could see Havertz playing 8 and Sterling through the middle What do think?
Neto at Toilet bowel probably what Mikhad in mind with his keeper comments last year.
No Rice (off form anyway)No Partey (be realistic 😂) No Tommy No Jesus No Merino Odegaard bit crocked Martinelli off form . I am bit worried next two tbh 😢.
Are u going to the next 2 games sweaty or has your brother in law struggling to get time off work again?
@@RichardJones-p2z you keep misspelling sweety but the thought is there. I am taken though honey.
Now Cala is joining to pile more misery 🙉🙇♂️🤷♂️🤷😢😊
@@virupakshawalla5734 U keep forgetting that you're a sweaty and that you haven't got a sister...
@@MerilP71 Yet another Injury prone Arteta signing out injured. Shock! Horror!
Who saw that coming????
Could Zinnie be as good as Merino
The supply line. Dufus
Age curve jorginho, he's doing loads of coaching and will be a manager somewhere soon
Havertz in a double pivot 🤣🤣🤣
I'm sorry Elliott I dont think Vierra showed any ability in what I saw last season Trossard and Zinnie would be in my humble opinion be more effective in the number 10.
would people disagree that w/o injuries jesus is our, best footballer
I understand Elliott's point about Vieira but he has done virtually nothing. Wanting Vieira because he's "older" or "more experienced" is going off the name on paper not the player on the field. Ethan is more physical, presses better, better dribbling, etc. Vieira may be better at shooting and the final pass (debatable), but in a game for my life, I would much rather having to rely on Ethan doing something than Fabio.
Similar reasoning as to why I would rather see any of the academy outside backs than Cedric. You need players who want to be the guy AND is capable of being the guy. Fabio is not that guy for us.

How Can City reject Sterling Be A SUCCESS in Order to Close The Gap 0n City??
Odegaard injured for ten games: Zinchenko in his place.
I noted that Zinny did not come up as a L8 either. I was having my afternoon walk so unable to respond sooner.

All Hail the Almighty Algorithm ☯️🔥
Cant believe we invoked Hitler
Rice was very poor in Euros
No. He needs to earn his spot. He’s not starting on the right ahead of Saka and the left is going to Trossard due to his good form.
Troussard is a better sub than starter. I say Martinelli and Zinny make a good left pairing.
