Philly accent is found in Irish American and Italian American workin-class neighborhoods, and it is not called a “dirty accent” coming from a 19 year old lightskin youngman from north and west philly, ive neva heard anyone call it a dirty accent, that sounds like a diss not gonna lie to ya 😂

I think maybe you misunderstood what she was saying. She was saying the Philly accent is one that some would call a “dirty” accent, not that some would say SHE has a “dirty” accent.
She even states at the end that she can’t even do the accent, and that she was a neutral American accent (which is absolutely true).
