I am starting to get soo attached to these types of vids I love them, I am an elsword vet but actually it gives me more information about characters that I haven't used yet
It really helped me when trying out the New Character Noah (Celestial frame drop), you level up really fast now and even though I had a hunch about which skill were good I couldn't figure out some specific mechanics of the job. I really got addicted to the crazy mana pump and back to back skill dumping of the character filling the screen with pretty effects.
All around good video. You forgot a very important detail about Innocent, though: Their 3rd job passive gives everyone 15% unnormalized action and movement speed (30% to Innocent) everytime they use a combination skill... which is like every 4-5 seconds and the buff lasts for 15... so its permanently up
lmao this brings back so many memories, I played void elsword b4 it got shut down and Lu/Ciel was my main, I went with 3rd path because they looked cool but I really loved their kit, like we can dish out huge damage using their ultimate form or just make massive combos, and since they both have different mana gauge if 1 character is low on mana you can still use 1 of their skill (which switches character after hitting an enemy) to continue your combo
This is a great series, I hope you're covering all of the characters even though they require serious work and time like those skill previews and background edits which would probably tire me out to edit lmao. I'll be picking dangelion even after their recent nerf (big sad). Looking forward to the noah(?) video man!
Shadow's debuff decreases mag attack and mag def (not "all def"). It also doesn't "only last for 3 seconds", if the enemy is standing inside Shadow it will continuously reapply the debuff. The 3 sec part applies to a situation where the enemy leaves the Shadow so it gives you some time to reposition it. It's Mod Shadow's debuff that only lasts for 3 seconds and that's because it disappears after it hits something.
Oops ~ yes it should be magical atk and def debuff will change it on the caption, ty for the feedback , but I’m doubt if the debuff Is consistently applied, since it isn’t a multi hit skill , “The debuff's 3 second duration will only apply the moment an enemy leaves the shadow's area, and is meant to give it some leeway due to its small area.” elwiki.net/w/Shadow Might need to try on an actual player to find out 😓
@@VaHJW It is consistent, enemies will be debuffed as long as they're touching the shadow. Tbf I'm not sure if this was intended but that's how it works in game. If it only applied the debuff for 3 seconds no one would use this skill (just like Mod Shadow is so rarely used, its debuff duration is too short so it's more of a "dodging" skill than a "support" skill).
@@anqelic1400 yee thats why i think Cata and IN had some outdated pvp skill and passive that need to be fix , i think ''shadow' is one of the victim here lul , the reason i think this skill is not consistent is bc that skill is only one hit skill , and i dun think is like an ''aura'' debuff ,and this skill is quite old tbh , mod ver didnt fix this kill .well at least IN has speed buff and basic aura for party. hope they got buffing soon

I used Mod Shadow Bolt's damage for comparision (please ignore Soul Extortion's damage, it was only there to activate Noblesse Oblige buff and refresh souls). I have 100% crit and maxi so my damage should be consistent. You can see that as long as the enemy is standing in Shadow I deal more damage with my Mod SB. I didn't include Mod Shadow but it gives me the same numbers (its duration is much shorter tho).
Diangelion is fun af. Was confusing at first but once I got the hang of their system, play is so fluid and flexible. And unlike a certain Eve, Lu doesn't abuse her loyal servant. )_) she just wants to have fun. And stack bodies.
@@shirokatta4051 That depends on how well you can play them, aside from a few characters, Diangelion is one of the only that is both unique, agile, stylish and fast, also they're fucking OP lately The only character even more fun than them is Richter
@@vin4679 well I really like innocent because all the range and how quick skills can be used not to mention the combined skills do insane damage and generate mp really quick so I effectively never run out of bullets heck the best way to play it is to use tons of skills with short cool downs and hammer enemies with special combo attacks as often as possible with long range attacks can’t really do that with diangelion a lot of its skills to me feel more clunky and require more prep. It still hits hard but it feels slower compared to innocent especially given how much range some of its attacks have
@@shirokatta4051 That's, but in an open stage scenario, DiA outclears Inno easily, in bossing, DiA is much better because of debuffs and overall attack power increase, they hit much, much harder, plus when you shorten your cooldown times you can spam transformation skills as well With Inno, to deal as much damage as a bravery skill from DiA, you need to throw like 4 skills AND a combination skill, in the longe run, DiA far outdamages even the other LuCiel classes, it's one of the top in the game
I like innocent because of the bat shit insane range it’s skills have you basically never run out of mp it is very easy to abuse that to stupid levels and even if it’s not really close range it really doesn’t matter as ceil is a walking arsenal that makes the stages bullet hells
I'm at Demonio now, feeling good although I can't use the combination combos yet. Though I think I screwed up, I chose the cooldown reduction attribute for Altar of Evil instead of the duration increase. Should I get a Tome of Amnesia?
@@alzef1375 I pick Duration instead , early game is bit hard , but once ur reach 3rd job , the duration and cool down passive will make u play it smoothly
I main IN and have always loved its playstyle, i have that path since its release. I've been thinking in switching to Diangelion for raid but... only for raid? nah, i like mobbing.
The only thing I can tell too innocent is actually boring in the end game, but if only farming is enjoyable Catastrophe i can't say decent clearing but for sure good in bossing but you need terror for more damage Diangelion balance I guess in clearing and bossing, if you thinking to learn the command you need some slight dedication to practice it in training ground until you master the timing of it
Man after the balance patch oriax became a busted skill. It accelerates special active cooldowns and is able to chain super armor to the whole party regardless of distance.
Catastrophe has been my favorite. I just wish they stop nerfing them and keep increasing their mp cost of their skills. Also bring back auto 5 stack creeping terror....i feel as tho trying to get 5 stacks limits how much their damage can really be. If not then bring back hp burn from creeping terror qq
Innocent 3rd job passive got a small change which allowed IN to give 15% movement/action speed to the party, so you forgot 1 support thing for Innocent, now the debuff, yeah the debuff last for 3bseconds, but if the enemy stays inside the shadow the debuff is kept for the entire duration of the skill
Cata is a pretty nice buffer now , but if looking for full out support , Nyx from Noah is pretty nice too , Es (elesis) ce (eve) are nice buffers as well , actually everyone got a support path, u can check out my other review video for more clue

CaT is kinda outdated since now Oriax now gives the whole party SA/CD accel. which is a big support for raid
