Calm aiming immediately helped in cleaning up my aim. If you have really good aim but feel inconsistent this is probably the problem. Practicing visualizing and planning without worrying about dying in comp is a game changer. Good to start with a deathmatch and practice confidently doing Jiggling, shuffles, and full swings.

It’s a mix of factors: it’s not just about low sens, but knowing how to use low sens
Also not playing on a laptop with a small pousepad is a huge factor

Very calm indeed, you can say that its just overthinking for, probably, the most of us, and the only way to heighten your aim is to master your mind to maintain consistency. Nothing beats having a level of mechanical skill where you just shoot, it really becomes satisfying, its feels like you're in the zone. Without being in the zone. But that probably means you are in that zone.

If you want to practice your aim, firstly try to practice being calm. I realized this since when I am having a bad mood,like losing the game, my aim is completely trash.But when I have good mood, my aim is at another level. So when you are losing, dont play more, just take a rest and do it again later.

Its actually crazy how much your aim improves if you just dont panic, bronze 3 here had a maybe 6% Headshot rate before took a break for a month then i just somehow aimed calmly and not my headshot rate is 17%. Yes still below average but thats not the point. Felt like a pro player just by being calm and not panicking.
