那炸慈菇也可用老师教的炸薯片的方法吗?我和朋友在家做学做炸慈菇,炸了都不是很理想,可能是火候的关系吧。
外面卖的慈菇都好贵,也不是很好吃,有时还有怪怪的油味。我反尔觉得老师教的简益做又健康。
每次想要做点食物吃,我都会去找老师过往的教材去者
对,上下火。
1. 慈菇先去皮,留住上面那个尖尖当手抓。
2.将去皮后的慈茹泡一下盐水,这样油炸后才会一点咸香口味。
3.慈菇捞出来,沥干水分,可以用纸巾抹干。
4.热油,油要多一点,油热后,炉调中火,一只手抓住慈菇尖尖的部分,另一只手拿刨片器,直接将慈菇一片片刨入热油內,初下锅不要翻动,待慈菇定型后要不定翻拌,这样慈菇颜色才会均匀。
5.油炸至金黄色后捞起,沥干油分。
Is it the peanut crisp, must heat up before eat to get the crispness? I follow the receipt after fried is crispy.but after left under open tray for 3 hr and next day
