simply brilliant and brilliantly simple. As a frequent visitor to the Ardnamurchan Peninsula over the years it’s been rewarding to see the changes and improvements made. It’s a magical place and worth the travel to experience all it’s various facets. Thank you
A Year In The Life Of Red Deer is simply the best series on deer management on TH-cam and you can but hope that some of the less bigoted non-shooters watch it to get an understanding, if nothing else, as to why we do what we do. Great WORK.
Fantastic series Charlie and the team. I believe it puts standard TV to shame to be honest. We simply do not receive top quality hunting programs on the mainstream channels any longer. Not in Blighty and only on NITV in Australia. I of course speak of Hunting Aotearoa, God bless the Maori's.....Eh! :-) Regarding the dropped shot on the Irish segment, yes these things do happen but you would have to search high and low to find a Channel that shows these mishaps and follows on with the how, why's and wheres of said cockup. No one to blame, i might add. Just Sods law!. I think we all appreciate the transparency in that. Right, brew time. Cheers lads. ATB Moose.
omg I cannot Tell you how much it warmed my heart to see the bavarian mountain hound featured! Hoping in the future you can do more features on tracking dogs! There are some great groups in the UK with Bavarian Mountain Hounds, Teckels, GWPs etc. Loved the first half of the programme too - fantastic filmography and editing! Only one downside about this episode - what happened to David's mic? Bless him it sounded awful! But a cracking episode - keep it up guys!!
The reasoning and knowledge of selection of the animal intrigued me. Amazing to watch and I wish more Anti’s were ‘educated’ on this if they’d listen. Well done team 😎👍
LunkersTV, Demolition Ranch and Hunter Brothers are three of my four favourite hunting/shooting channels, nice that you picked them(you know the fourth ;)) Very interesting and good reports, thank you and keep up the good work
The game won't survive without gamekeepers managing it. In Wales many moors are no longer shot over, or managed by gamekeepers. The result is the devastation of habitat, a loss of diversity of habitat (without burning of heather there is no regeneration of growth) and a catastrophic decrease in the number of wildlife species - game and non-game. I have huge admiration and respect for the hunting in America, but the 'wild and unmanaged' approach just doesn't work over here.

The series has been excellent. I've leaned a lot and really enjoyed it. Neil is a great ambassador for his profession - I could listen to him all day.
Well enjoyed watching Niall and his knowledge of deer management, fantastic insight, and a great show all round. Thankyou again.

You'll never get through to the Anti's, they're too wrapped up in misinformation and romanticism to think it through logically!
I have really enjoyed the ‘year in the life of red deer’.
Would love to see a ‘year in the life of Roy Lupton’.
What a great posting. Very informative very clear and logical management process. Thanks

A great video as usual guys, the fieldsports channel is the highlight of my week.

Great Show as always! And really nice idea to create a ranking list for hunting channels on TH-cam.
Small point - Pere David was a French missionary priest in the Far East - pronounced DAVVID rather than DAYVID!
Awesome show

They cud still survived how to u no wats gona happen in the future. Dear God mad man
Not much hunting at all you need to axe your game keepers and let your game grow wild and get us yanks to show you how it done.
