Quick questions: so the salmon. 1.WhAt kind (like is it sashimi or) of salmon did you use in the video? 2. How did you make chicken liver powder? Anyway love your vids! 😻

The salmon we used in this video was wild caught sockeye salmon (not sashimi or sushi grade).
Chicken liver powder:
1. Boil raw livers in water until fully cooked, drain the water
2. Break the livers into small pieces, put them on a nonstick frying pan and keep stirring on medium/low heat until they are completely dry (takes some time)
3. Blend or grind the dry pieces into powder
