It happens in my City all the time. You see all the fancy cars headed in one direction at night. By 11pm you hear all the engines running and tires screeching. A group of young dumb teens did it during the day time in a busy parking lot. When police showed up they parked their cars and acted like they were just hanging out. Police didn't get out to approached any of them.
The crowd has Asians, Whites, Blacks, and Latino in the crowd. That’s as diverse as it gets. Seems like you only can see one color. Better get your eyes checked.
