That machine weighs more than that 30k, more like 30-50 tons. The companies need special road permits to move them on lowboy trailers because they weigh more than the max for normal trailer loads. That guy pushing on it thinks its a small car stuck in the snow, he's wasting his time and risking death or injury for absolutely nothing.

I watched a neighbors tree being cut does. Big tree, next to a house with a big lean towards the house. Every branch was cut in very very small pieces. One guy cut it and the other guy held on to it and dropped it in a safe manner. No chance of damage.

So, when a full cement mixer tips over, the best thing is to dump the load on the ground, so the truck can be tipped back upright. If it spills out accidentally, it's a good thing. No matter what, you can't have the batch harden in the drum.
