Facing up to The FACT come'sin all sort's of way's. Me, I realised how bad I was, when a friend & I were unable to get any drug's, and used "The thrill of the Needle" to get a 5 or 10 second BUZZ ! Although I could see me ending up dead in some public lavatory sometime in the future, I continued and got worse & worse until I finally split with everyone I associated with, met my wife to be and started a whole new life.... I believe you HAVE to move away from the people you're taking drug's with. Find completely new friend's and re-start your life.
