Hello, I'm creating mini-game that will be in adventure mode and I need that tradable Items had tag "can_destroy" and "can_place_on". How can I do this?
Amazing work! I love how you explain everything, you make it look so easy! I do have a question tho, is it possible to change the trade table for librarians? not just 1 villager but all villagers that spawn in a world. I joined your discord and would really appreciated if you help me :)
5:00 I have a question. Exactly in what file path do we add the folder to? Is it internal storage > DCIM > Game media > Minecraft ? And where do we get the manifest and icon file from, and are those two files necessary? Also can we do that in our mobile devices and tablets? I am confused and puzzled with your explanation in the video and I feel that those kind of information are missing. I hope you can give me further instructions on this. Please reply to my comment I really need your help🥲
the name npc reset when I remove minecraft:npc , I tried to rename the entity by giving it a tag and using a script to rename it with this tag, but the display of the name disappears when I open a dialog
So useful this tutorial! But I got an issue, when I tried the restock, this works only once, if I buy everything and wait for another restock it just not appears. The items seems to be locked for... always haha, can you help me with that?
I have a problem, I want to set up a currency on a realm and this trade system is absolutely perfect but I play on ps4 and I don't exactly know how to get it ported over to a realm. Any tips?
the easiest way would be to borrow a PC and access the realm from there, you can then download the realm add the addons/trades as you need and then reupload back to the realm. other than that I'm not sure using a console will work.
Hello MR. B. Thanks for this. I have been making some shops for my realm but for some reason the events are not showing up for the ones I have created on my realm. They work good on my local world but when I upload it to the realm it doesn't. It only shows the ones you orginally created in the event comand in the b:become..... Any idea why? I even updated the ones you made to the trades I want them to have and the way I want them to trade and it works fine.
hmm thats interesting, I'm not sure why it would work on local but not realm, I dont have a realm any more to test it out so cant offer any advice as to why it would behave that way, technically it should work on a realm as well.
I’m Not sure if the same applies here but usually for things like log etc you have to pass the data value as well, so as an example log:2 would pass a different type of log. I can’t remember which ones are which off top but try with different numbers to see what you get
I'm having an issue with this. I didn't use exact pack but learned from it and implemented something similar into my own custom npc but after shifting the npc into its trader behavior, the names reset randomly over time. How can I stop this?
i too noticed this i think its because the NPC component has its own name condition so once you switch to the trader stuff it loses its name, i did it in the video by having 2 npcs one that did dialogue and another that did the trading, that way once you assigned the trade you can just use a name tag on the NPC and it should stay that way.
@@MRBBATES1 that makes sense. I just wanted to avoid a name tag being needed to name the entity after its component group was changed since it allows players on our server to toy with their names
@@Jeansobad yeah thats an issue, you can set the NPC to name tag = yes do the name change and then set it back to false, this would maintain the name change but not allow others to change it.
I am surprised it’s not used more often it’s so easy to use and set up and and will take any item. The only thing it can’t do is digital money, you have to place an NPC with a converter and your sorted :)
