Windermere trains not stopping? Unbelievable :) Excellent video, Ricky. Brings back memories of sitting on the railings at the North end of No.3 back in the 70's with the 86's & 87's. How times have changed :) Thank you & very best wishes.
Thank you very much. Yeah, amazing how times has moved on. Its only daily Windermere services that don't stop at Lancaster. Majority so stop there. I wish I was born in the days of the class 86/87's as those times looked very exciting indeed. Played it on Train Simulator and its very interesting of how much local trains there was operating.
Thank you, happy to hear you've enjoyed it. Yeah, it was great seeing a mixed bag at Lancaster especially freight as well. Soon to be gone the class 350's from Transpennine Express to London NorthWestern Railway.
Great video Ricky, Hoping all is well your end, class 90026 is stored at Blackpool north sidings. Grand Central have been recruiting and training drivers and train crew for the Blackpool to / from London service which starts in May. I think I will definitely check this new service out
Thank you, happy to hear you've enjoyed it. Thanks for heads up about this, definitely looks promising for Grand Central as a new era dawns in May. Guessing for drivers in Blackpool area. Yeah, doing very well thanks, yourself?
The Pendolino's have what's known as 'Ghost livery'. It was part of the new Virgin Trains livery but Avanti West Coast took over. There are only 3 Pendolino's which has the full Avanti West Coast livery: 390155 390156 390134 (I think) The rest is to follow. The 221 Super Voyagers will be going off lease from Avanti West Coast to begin a new life with Cross Country Trains. So, the Super Voyagers will remain in their ex Virgin / Ghost livery.
It's strange I know. The 185's does work some diagrams with the new daily services from Liverpool to Glasgow Central. 221 Super Voyagers also work few Euston to Edinburgh to Glasgow via Birmingham. Maybe Avanti West Coast don't have enough class 390 Pendolino's hence why the 221 are covering on these diagrams. Bare in mind the Super Voyagers are being transferred to Cross Country when their new Hitachi units are introduced.
Nice shots there man. I believe some TPE services do too. I think there’s one from Manchester to Scotland and it only calls at Man Picc, Man Ox road, Preston, Carlisle and Lockerbie before dividing at Carstairs.
I like the pendolino wizzing through
They do look and sound good Ethan. But, a different story now as most Avanti West Coast services now stops at Lancaster :-)

Why are the transpennine express 350s painted in London northwestern railway
It's because the 350's will be transferred to London NorthWestern Railway. Once the Nova 2's are all in service :-)
Why are Avanti West Coast trains (some of them) in Virgin livery?

Ok!
Still running Voyagers under the wires...and 185s on TP s, also under the wires. Does this make any sense?

Great vid. I didn't know that Manchester to Windermere services speed past Lancaster. I thought it was just Avanti.
Thanks. Some Northern services do run non stop past Lancaster as well as Avanti West Coast.

@@bendixon3013 Thanks Ben. Yes, they do via West Coast Mainline but at reduced service at the moment. Think they are running every 2 hours at present.
What is your favourite tube line in London?
I have to say its Central Line as my personal favourite. Which is yours?
@@RickyNowis Piccadilly Line
@@RickyNowis same here. I love rhe Central line with the victoria and Jubilee lines
How do you know where the freight trains go?
Real Time Trains is how I get the info :-)
what does - mean
- means on how minutes early it is running. + Means on how late the train is running.
