Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!
I have tried to use it several times but the food is just horrible. Even when I increase the temperature it still takes hours to cook. What kind of an airfryer is this. I regret ever buying it
I find it confusing that you can not just add a time and temperature whithout pressing a preset especially as the timer goes up in minutes not down so especially if you only want it on for 5 /10 minutes
My girlfriend got one yesterday and the presets is kind of stupid and useless. I mean, how many people will do nuts lol. The fact that I need to choose the lowest timer preset "nuts" to then set your own temperature and time is just being lazy from the guys who made the product. Be like the old Convection Microwave Oven where you have your presets and the ability to do whatever you want.
The fact that I needed to view this video at all is shocking. The manual for this item is beyond terrible. It only tells you how to turn it on and how to turn up the temperature, that's it. It tells you nothing else. Also the translation is a joke; "The physical product shall prevail in the event that there is a slight difference between the image and physical product."
Quality looks good so far. I am Pre-cleaning now.

How do I decrease the time
If you keep pressing the time button, it increases until it goes back down to 1 minute. Its just a bit of presses. Hope it helps
