@@omidMPG I think it´s more "RB used it very well and Ricciardo learned the importance of it". But he´s naturally a good joly chap, which helps in a lot of departments (marketing wise, it´s key).

I mean Renault's F1 Team budget is more than 300 millions, they have like 500/1000 employees and youtube money could pay for a couple of salaries (if they do x10 on their subs..) Renault makes 58billions of revenue btw
