Mr. Dark, What I love most about your videos is it's not only the Star's that are remembered.
You show us the Make up Artist, Wardrobe designer's , Directors, Set Builder's, Producers, Musical Director's and so forth.
And as always you allow us not just a name and date, but some insight into the life of that person.
    Truly Educational, Enlightening and Inspiring.
Again Thank you and as always God Bless.

I loved seeing that they finely got Nataly Cole a maker. It looked amazing and very fitting for her. Makes you wonder if it had anything to do with the first video when there was no marker. I feel everyone needs a marker. I sent in 10 dollars a week for my aunts marker. When she passed I was only 12 and had no say. When I turned 18 I worked as a cashier for 3.35 an hour. When her high class family found out what I was doing they called and asked what I was doing. I said I doing the right thing by her. What are you doing by not doing right by her. A few weeks later I got a check in the mail for the amount I had sent in. They got her a bigger maker then I could ever of gotten her but a least she would of had a marker.

Thank you for showing the statues, artwork, etc. You mention in a lot of videos how lovely it is, and its nice that you are including it as well, as that's part of the setting. Loving the videos, good information, neat tidbits! Thanks, and please keep making more! 😊

I don't comment on your videos as I usually watch TH-cam on my television. But today I'm on the tablet. Just wanted to say I enjoy your videos. You are respectful and kind towards all these people. I watch little TV, except for the old movies, and I have a great affection for the people you visit. Thank you for remembering them.

TH-cam is getting real annoying with copyright crap .. pretty soon you can’t even take a video of

Thank you for your wonderful films of the beautiful cemetery! I knew at least 95% of all the graves you showed all because of my mother! She grew up in the golden age of film & spent her 10 cents every weekend at the theater. I might also add, she met & dated actor Tyrone Power while in high school. She met him when he was an usher at a theater in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, plus he wrote her letters when he went to New York for the first time to start his career! I would love to see his grave! I also grew up on Westerns, my fathers favorite was Tom Mix & he told me he even got to shake his hand when he visited Cincinnati. I have a great appreciation for the older movies, mostly before the 1950's thanks to my parents. Any more like this in your filming future? Thank you again, this brought back memories for me, plus some sadness that these greats are gone!

My mother liked biographies and had a few written by celebrities. She had Shirley Temple’s and I remember reading about the little girl who died mentioned in this Hollywood Graveyard. “The Blue Bird“ is one of my favorite Shirley Temple films and I’m glad HG let us see which child was mentioned in the film. I like this part of the movie in particular. It opens with children who were being called to board a ship by an announcer as they were about to be born. Caryll Ann was trying to sneak onto the ship though her time of birth had not yet come. The announcer scolded her by reminding her this was the third time she’s tried to be born before her time ...and to go back ! Interesting that in real life she did not live that long after her birth...Bless her heart . Another interesting factor is that Caryll Ann’s favorite song was “Over the Rainbow” from “The Wizard of Oz”. To my understanding, Shirley Temple was cast for “The Blue Bird” at Fox by Daryll Zanuck to compete with the success of “The Wizard of Oz” and the producers once obsessive desire to cast Shirley for the role of “Dorothy”. But as far as I know, “The Blue Bird” was never as successful ( or popular ) as Oz at the box office.

Delevanti also played the role of Dick Van Dyke’s ( Robert Petrie ) grandfather on “The Dick Van Dyke Show” where in the episode one of his lines said in anger was, “...I’ll go to my GRAVE when I want to ! And don’t let anyone try and STOP me !”
