People need to stay out of the goddamn prison system to begin with. The village elders have let the village idiots take over and it's absolutely evident. Too many of today's youth are being led into the Prisons as a badge of honor.
Also, a lot of the prisoners have experienced some sort of physical abuse in the hands of their caregivers. So they’re prone to project the same behavior onto others. Why do people keep saying that society failed them when it was their own families that screwed them over. Sure, the system is corrupt, but you can’t blame everything on the system.
