what a cute baby robot, helping mummy in the kitchen.
@RICARDO26071 Slowish maybe. But fast enough to keep up with the cycle of the Injection Molding machine. And as @6418978876 commented they do not take breaks and can maintain that pace 24 hours a day & 366 days (in 2012) a year.
MAybe the little robot should be named "Snip Snip" 😂
@Kinglevel
because its cheaper investing in robots than paying a worker who does the same thing.
@Kinglevel
because its able to cut 24 hours day which makes it already fast and it would not be motivating for a worker to cut whole day i think. All simple working tasks will become dominated by robots in the future i think
as long as it meets cycle time, the speed does not matter. but the slower the better as its easier on the gears reducers. and having change out many gears in motoman es200 robots, its no fun.
IT is IRB 6400R and IRB 2400
why is it dropping pieces on the floor? do you have another under-capitalized robot to come and clean up after it?
ja se passaram 5 anos desde que este vídeo foi postado. eles devem estar mais rápidos agora.
.
é so comprara a tecnologia de 2000 com a de 2005 e vera como é o salto tecnologico
what is the model for small robot boss..?
Bring your child to work day XD
@ABBRobotics Yes, but the manpower from countries like Brazil and China are much cheaper, even with taxes and other costs, I am mechanical engineer, and here in Brazil, most robots are used for tasks requiring high production, but very cool the video, I know we can count on more agile robots in the future.
i think the cutting process is very slow.. i would do it faster by hand, why buy a expensive robot to do that?
very slow, while the robots were so slow so humans will not be replaced. Ricardo of Brazil.
@tom9730
has stolen
cute tiny robot :O - i hate it - it stoled my job :((
muito lento, enquanto os robôs foram tão lentos assim, os humanos não serão substituidos. Ricardo do Brasil.
I have been working with robots ( ABB, Fanuc, and Nachi) for over 10 yrs now. I can about guarantee what you saw was really slowed down to show you what they are doing. What you saw there was prolly about 50% or slower of full speed.
