      You're 100% correct good form is very important. So many people just think in terms of lifting heavy, not even thinking about their form. Good old ego lifting can cause some serious damage also.

If tim was going gym for the first time by himself, it’ll be a different story but he’s with a guy who knows what he’s doing and he doesn’t seem to teach him form or anything. 👍🏽

    Tim needa eat. He got good genetics so he need to utilize that before it get really hard to stay fit.
    Also.....i feel like this is where Tim starts his fitness journey...i call it. He was enjoying that buff look.
