    Finally found a useful instructional video. I'm Army and all our videos have music blasting and yelling. xD Which is fair but annoying for e-learning

      Is navy corpsman required to take NREMT now? While I was in Fort Sam 8 years ago, only the Army has to pass NREMT and then move on to TCCC. Kinda jealous of the navy sometimes watching them more relax it seems.

    When did CoTCCC guidelines state not placing hasty tourniquet on noticeable massive hemorrhage during CUF?

      it's more of a realism thing, why spend an extra 20-40 seconds on the X trying to get a hasty on?

    • @peterpohwat5292
      @peterpohwat5292 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@thomasnguyen2715 fairly confident that it’s somewhere in the CoTCCC guidelines about the majority of deaths are preventable and could easily be solve with quick application of a tourniquet.

      i don't know i did mine today and they said to place tourniquet on any major bleed on the extremities.

      Because when placing a tq under cuf you are risking more cas. Always shoot back first

    it was alright, if the face was damaged then you would've never put the npa, that is why you check to see if there is no abstruction in their airway before you put an npa. Overall it was alright, i believe i could give you better tips on making the MARCH assessment more effiecient and more common sense rather then just going in the order you're told i guess.

      if the casualty can’t put on a TQ , you drag the casualty to cover, making sure you have security looking out. Then you put on a hasty TQ, and begin your M.A.R.C.H
