Since penpa tsering became Silkyong, the Exile community has sufffered the worst experience of Disunity, internal conflicts, chaos and disagreements between the two sides of Penpa tsering Supporters Vs Against group(non Supporters). So long Penpa tsering remains Silkyong, the Exile community will continue to suffer the same problem of Disunity and internal fight… And penpa tsering as an Exile leader has failed to bring unity , peace and harmony. Even Exile Parliament is divided into two groups of Penpa tsering Supporters Vs Against group (non supporters). Thus Exile Tibetan will continue to suffer under the leadership of Penpa tsering due to poor leadership quality. Silkyong’s penpa tsering’s work has been running with internal matters and problems, and failed to reach out actively on international level. It’s been unsuccessful leadership with internal conflicts..
