नमस्कार साथियों!
यह हमारा एक एलजी का डक्टबल एसी है। जिसमें हमें शिकायत मिली थी कि? डिस्प्ले काम नहीं कर रहा है। कूलिंग नहीं कर रहा है। मैंने जैसे ही मशीन को चेक किया।
डिस्प्ले बंद था इन्डोर बिल्कुल बंद था और जाहिर सी बात है इन्डोर बंद होगा तो आउटडोर भी बंद रहेगा। जैसे ही मैंने मशीन को चेक करने की शुरुआत किया तो पाया कि इसका मेन ब्रेकर ट्रिप कर चुका था और आउटडोर बंद था इन्डोर बंद था। यानी मेन सप्लाई हमारी एयर कंडीशन को नहीं आ रही थी
जब आउटडोर पर चेक करा तो पाया कि? कंप्रेसर का रनिंग कैपेसिटर कमजोर था।
स्पार्क हुआ था। सर्विस रिक्वायरमेंट था और कंडेंसर फैन की रनिंग कैपेसिटर चेंज करना जरूरी था। यह मुख्य वजह थे कंप्रेसर को हाई एंपियर लेने में। जिसके वजह से कंप्रेसर स्टार्टिंग टाइम में 123, 122 एंपियर के आसपास ले रहा था। यह बहुत बड़ा एंपियर है। ऐसे में तो मशीन ट्रिप करेगा क्योंकि मैंने ब्रेकर 30 एंपियर का लगा होता है

This is our LG ductable AC. We had received a complaint that the display was not working. It was not cooling. As soon as I checked the machine, the display was off, the indoor was completely off and obviously if the indoor is off, the outdoor will also be off. As soon as I started checking the machine, I found that its main breaker had tripped and the outdoor was off. That is, the main supply was not coming to our air conditioner.
When I checked the outdoor, I found that the running capacitor of the compressor was weak.
There was a spark. There was a service requirement and it was necessary to change the running capacitor of the condenser fan. These were the main reasons for the compressor taking high amperes. Due to which the compressor was taking around 123, 122 amperes at the starting time. This is a very large ampere. In such a situation, the machine will trip because I have installed a 30 ampere breaker.
