Yes same country (Canada) and same city! Hopefully with more awareness there will be even more local matches! We believe it's a great tool that God can use but wisdom and discernment is necessary not everyone on there has the right intentions. I am born in Canada but background is Jamaica, Trinidad and Barbados. My husband was born and raised in Turks and Caicos but of Haitian descent! Our parents were in agreement. Both sets of parents had been praying for us and believing for us to meet God's best. My mom met him the day after I did (unplanned to us but definitely God's plan). Meeting him so soon in to things gave her peace about the pace of things. THANK YOU!!!

My friend told me about upward and I joined. It was very weird and did not seem user friendly and I deleted it in less than 24 hours lol
