Omg you can never satisfy people I think the house is really nice it’s a big house but modest at the same time. You can always add your own personality to it I would change a few things myself like the kitchen and staircase you can make it into a home and thanks to the neutral tones it wouldn’t be hard to do so

Very stately. I was surprised there is not a swimming pool inside or out. If one desires color or more color because white is a color that could easily be remedied with the color of bath towels for the bathroom, beautiful colorful fresh or dry flowers (because they last forever) or paintings, real or very good paintings that don't cost more that the house itself, beautiful vases or throw pillows all these simple accent pieces could easily add the color that one wants to add to this home. I like the driveway leading to the house. I hope it sells.

This is a spectacular home. It may be near other homes but in my opinion, the trees would give enough privacy.
Most people in a neighborhood as such is not going to spend days spying on you or your friends who visit. There are many areas to go to and hideaway areas to just have little cozy times for Tea etc.
This is comfortable looking and not over spacious.
If one must mow their own lawns this may be enough, as at least you would not spend your time just mowing. A person could move along with a fun day elsewhere or just relax at home in any way they please or arranging a party. Perhaps with money like this, you would just supervise, and/or plan it? Other people could set it up and do heavy work perhaps you are not able to do or do not have time to handle?

Cool house, but the dark walnut stain on the floors ruins them. A house of this caliber should have select long length flooring with clear water based floor finish on it. Dark stain is to cover pet stains and old beat up wood that doesn't show well. I know people seems to like dark floors, but it really is the easiest, cheapest finish for a flooring contractor to perform.

From the outside I genuinely thought I would love it. Now, I'm left staring at it trying to find out what I don't like about it. The inside feels lifeless, none of the rooms feel welcoming (may be due to all white furniture in an all white house or due to lack of decorations and plants). It feels like this house needs more love and care to be listed for this price. :(

I always found it to be rather dull to design a home like this and still throw up the same old cheap and boring aluminum rain spouts to line the house. There are other options i hope people know this by now. And a house like this would even more classy with those. And also a finished back of the house. Its missing quite a bit. Maybe its not actually finished?
