      Oh. Hello there 👋.
You are one of the 1.4% 👍
That's the audience share from the USA that watches this channel.
It must sound strange when we use words in different context like 'pounds'. However in my opinion we get a lot more of that cultural disconnect as 'the good old US of A' has a lot more impact on our culture than I suspect is the reverse. I'll give you 2 little examples from my own life experience. Obviously it will depend on one's age as to what seems unusual but for my generation here are 2 small examples.
I always used to refer to 'lifts' but now through constant exposure to the American word I tend to refer to 'Elevators', which I find quite (mildly 😊) annoying.
On the other hand back in the 80's we first heard the phrase "Have a nice/great day" and it sounded so fake and insincere (albeit a nice thought). It's now something I say and hear pretty regularly and it doesn't seem strange at all now. It does obviously depend on the tone of voice but it definitely a positive influence in my opinion.
Thank you for listening/watching and I appreciate your comment.
      Have a great day 😁

How on earth are you going to make £200 a day minimum after fuel whilst on Dialysis for maybe 2 or 3 days per week 🤔

Not possible IMO I think maybe you should give up the CX lottery & find a job where you can work from home maybe with a decent PC & internet connection & work for a big company doing online help or phone help as you are good at talking to people not face to face but on a phone maybe would be good fir you also your new house would be handy nearer to a hospital that provides Dialysis. best of luck if you decide to stay with CX but you know if honest that would be throwing away good money for little return I doubt wether you would even cover cost’s at all 🤔

@@vanroamin I do take on board your viewpoint and understand your perspective.
It's just not right for me at this time to give up on a job that I love doing so much.
While I appreciate that your comments are heartfelt and genuine I don't think it's right for me to get out of this line of work at the moment.
I AM going through a transitional time at the moment and I don't know where I will end up. I don't have concrete answers yet but there are still options and choices that I can make moving forward.
While we don't share many views about this sort of stuff, I do appreciate your input and I do take note of experienced and engaged comments as and when they are made.
Anything that is thoughtful and genuinely well-meaning is welcomed on this channel, even if we don't agree.
Best wishes and look after yourself.

Dialysis is not something I would not like to go through 2 or 3 times a week, I hope you can manage this and work on the CX but as you know the CX is a lottery for conscistant work & decent pay, it’s a backload shippers App & works in favour of shippers only in my experience How anyone can use it as a primary source of work is beyond me. Maybe you could become a shipper & sit back on a PC pulling in commission’s just need to find customers who will take you on , it’s all flowers & veg where you are though ain’t it 😀

While I don't have a concrete plan, I am formulating snippets of things that I can try, to keep doing this work. We shall see where it takes me but I know that I am going to have to be resilient and flexible.
It may not end up looking like a traditional work life balance but I am not going to throw the baby out with the bathwater 😁
