The same model I, too, have, ma'am, but these burners are really bad as they got tilted by use and the flames are uneven. I asked the maintenance person, and he said I have to purchase a new stove as the spare part is not available.

Hello, Feeling bad for your experience....
I have not faced any issues uptil now, using it for last 5-6 years only sometimes It's doesn't turn on by auto ignition .
I suggest to contact directly to Faber by mail , hope they will provide the solution.

Yes it's working well for 2-4 buners ,suction power shouldn't be less than 1200 m3/hr
