Im not sure of the name of the road where the trail starts, but we climbed Porlock Hill (A39) before taking the first left turn on top of the hill. The trail rund off the left of that road, approx 1,000m from the A39. Theres a small gravel/grass parking area to the right, the trail starts opposite that. Hope this makes sense? I have a GPX file of the entire route we did if your interested? About 24 miles and incorporates Dunkery Beacon too.
