Absolutely ridiculous. This wasn't necessary for the homeowner. They dont need to have a smart meter. YOU want them to have one. The city...wants them to have one. You are THREATENING them if they DONT get one. You demand it... you friggin pay for it.
EXACTLY!!! My local municipality JUST sent notices out (I got mine today) about the 'must get changed'....water service will be shut off if you don't comply..... blah, blah, blah..... The town I live in is all of a little over 1 square mile..... SMH...
