Creating a Simple Map Layout in ArcGIS Pro

A map isn't just a satellite image or a digitised and analysed feature class. You need to create a layout that includes a scale bar, north arrow, legend, title, author, etc. This turns your work from data into a communication piece. The essential map elements are essential for a reason - they are there to help others interpret and understand all of your hard work!

This is exactly what I needed. While in university, I used ArcMap. When I got my first professional job (periodic GIS tasks), I began using ArcPro. I was so unsure of how to navigate through the layout tab, and this got me back on track. Simple tour. Thank you!
