Good luck with your restoration. Good support system for restoration. My dad had a 59 MGA before I was born. I've only heard about it and when my sister came came in 1960, the MGA was sold soon after.
Wow ! I had for my first car a 1961 MGA mark 1 , back in 1966 the car was very nice , I replaced the top and got aluminum side windows for it , sorry I sold it , but back then it was cheap and other cars were available 50+years later wish I had that car !
Hi Enjoyed watching your videos! I am currently looking for an MGA Mark II. What would you consider as a fair price for a car in the condition shown? THX!
@@whatswaynedoing Thank you for the reference. Just bought mine today. Finally paid 5k instead of asking price of 8k. Definitely a project car, sitting since 50 years in a garage with blocked engine, but interior is great and almost no rust on body / frame.
I had a '59 MGA Coup that I drove in the 70's. I may have some parts that may interest you. A grill, that is not recessed. And a dash with most of the gages and switches. Neither is perfect but I'm just looking to give them a new home. Answer my comment if you're interested. Don

Thanks for the comment I love the stories of MGA's. I haven't even driven one myself yet but i'm looking forward to it.
Good luck, Wayne. You’re spoilt for choice!
I am!

Good luck to you sir! I am hoping that the sills are not too far gone with rust, as mine were.
Sills need replacing for sure and I hope i'm up to the challenge lol.

It varies depending upon your location and the availability of mga projects. I paid $2100 for all 3 of mine if that helps.

@@goldcoastmotors37 That sounds great it should be a lot less work than mine and probably a better result in the end
