great question! it’s called a silent shot (it barely works anymore) i mainly do it so the kill looks flashy, it doesn’t give me an advantage in any way it’s just a habit now.

It’s called a silent shot and it’s basically just that if you can time it right which is super rare it’ll be silent in the kill cam
