I’ve been learning for 2 weeks. Best I can do is tell you the exact hour. I can tell you if it’s 11 I can’t tell you if it’s 11 03 and definitely can’t tell you if it’s 11 18
16:10 tien over zestien 8:45 kwart voor negen 11:10 tien over elf 18:08 acht over achttien 6:40 tien over half zeven 22:32 twee over half dierentwintig
I know you're teaching Belgian Dutch. In NL, 10:31 would be "een over half elf" (one over half eleven) similar to the way you said "een na half elf" (one after half eleven) - it's the most common way to say it, even though you said it's not common. People do not say it's tien uur eenendertig (10:31) ... AT ALL, at least not in the Holland region of the Netherlands. If you say it people will understand, but if you ask them the time ... they will never say the "digital time", as you call it. Just in case people are learning "standaard Nederlands" they probably should know this. I've found time-telling to be one of the more complicated things about Dutch (at least standard Dutch) because they tell the time in terms of mathematical calculations ... and there's very little information about it online.
Hello i think i forgot again how to say my address in Dutch... My address here in Philippines Start in Number then the street then the name of the place then the City... How to say it in dutch..?

I’ve been learning for almost 2 weeks. I can only tell you the exact hour. I can tell you if it’s 11 o’clock but I can’t tell you if it’s 11 33 nor what part of the day.
How very pleasant your voice is.
Thanks!

Bedankt
Dankjewel. Je bent erg duidelijk. Wanneer moet ik over en na gebruiken? Of kan ik ze door elkaar gebruiken? Dankjewel! 😊
In België wel, in Nederland gebruiken ze 'over'. Meer info: taaladvies.net/taal/advies/vraag/564/
Can I write kwart voor negen uur
No, you have to drop the 'uur'.
