Ok... I am 62 years old. I have collected a lot of ephemera over the years. I have closed out my dear mother’s home also, which I loved. I have more of an attachment to sentimental items than most I’m told. I am only now able to set up my FIRST craft room, because the last child got married. I have watched 25 craft tours at least. Today , with in your space, I feel at home. I am 2 minutes in and can’t wait to see the rest! Thanks so much for the comfort. This DOES NOT mean you’re old. It means we organize the same way. 🤣🤣

Yes I watched till the end. I put videos on to both keep me company whilst I am doing whatever I need to be doing & to hopefully gain an idea or inspiration to use, so I always watch until the end of videos. My husband has bought some wood to make me some more storage, so I have been watching craft room tours to help me with some decisions. Everybody has different supplies and decorating styles, but I have not seen one yet that I haven’t found an idea I would like to incorporate. The previous one I watched was a lovely older lady who had used beautiful ribbons, trims, paper and flowers to decorate her containers and I liked how feminine it was. I was inspired to upgrade the design of the machine covers (Cricut, ScanNCut) to include some pretty trim. Your room shows your personality also, with items you cherish from your past. I feel inspired by the peg board you have, as a way to hopefully keep my desk surface less cluttered. Thanks for taking the time to share your space.

I watch these craft room tours because they give me a idea to help me organize my room, I have stations in mine (Beading Station, Paper Station, and Sewing Station) I have a real long room and so much stuff to put away, I am on a freeze to buy things so I am utilizing what I have or have made. Thank you for inspiring me on some of your ideas. I live in Utah and there is a company that makes the Scrapbox lol the reason I am on a Freeze of buying anything. Your office\craft room is amazing! Mine is still a work in progress. We moved and everything is all over the place. I'm trying to slowly organize everything and I get lostin all my stuff. We have a lot of the same things and the same hobbies which I think is so cool. Thanks for the video it inspired me to get back to work to finish my craft area and some ideas on how to organize stuff.
This is what I hoped it would do haha! I see storage idea's everywhere and I'm like, I'm not too sure about storing food in that, but my ribbon would work lovely in it 😂

A huge thank you for this video! I am currently downsizing from my craft room with kallax/expedit units to a smaller crafty space and decided to go with the billy bookcases. It's so funny that you just uploaded this tour video this week because I have been scouring youtube for billy bookcase crafty storage and I remembered that you have them in your room so I've been watching some of your old videos, peering into the background, trying to spot what boxes etc you filled the bookcases with lol and then the next day you uploaded a full room tour! My prayers have been answered lol! Seriously thanks for the storage inspiration - I can't wait to organise my new space!

I tend to use both words for both, but mainly die cuts I would say were the pieces I cut with die's from my die cutting machine, where as ephemera could be like anything, pages from a book, ticket stubs, packaging, card pieces, tags etc.

Oh my gosh if I had that curved alcove in my room, I would totally paint the inside curved wall as a rainbow!!! Since it’s in an alcove it wouldn’t be super in-your-face but still really fun and cheery! (since you’d probably only be able to see it at certain angles anyways)
That's such a sweet idea!! I've not done too much to the walls because the wallpaper needs redoing at some point! But maybe I'll take up that idea when we sort the walls!

I wish I can have a craft room like this one day!! I saw you have a film thats not been developed yet. We had one the same issue- getting it developed late/later and when we developed it, it came out with random pink patches...thought i'd let you know so the photos don't ruin...
It's taken me a few years to get to this point with my craft room! Oh yes I was aware, I studied photography at school and college so we learnt all about this. Luckily the photo's are just random, I never photograph super important events on my film camera just incase something messes up! 😊 Thank you for mentioning that though, I appreciate it!
Wish I had that room. I just had to re-arrange my corner of the living room from all my crafting supplies. lol. I am happy I don't have that many supplies though. My Desk was pretty much in the middle of the living room. lol. Very Nice Craft room though.

Do you ever think about doing surprise scrap bags to sell in your store? Like doing up some of paper bits, excess stickers, a sticky note pad, ephemera etc into a little surprise bag that people can buy for scrapbooking or journaling. That way you destash and the stuff doesn't go to waste
I have considered it, but it's usually quicker to just give it away in little surprise bags. Most of the time when I destash things, I just ask for shipping, so I'm not out of pocket. But I don't make any money from them 😊
I think I'll have to get another external hard drive before I attempt another video of this length, because my laptop only just managed to export the video 😂

Can I ask if you ordered them all at once or in small quantities? I would like to order 24 but i am worried that they will arrive to the U.S. broken..yikes.
You can buy them individually or as many as you want. I also had a couple arrived broken and they sorted out a refund/replacement depending on what I wanted super quick. Aliexpress does seem to be really good with any problems like that 😊

Yes! I was a bit unsure about the amazon reviews too. But went for it and when I first got it, it was broken. Like wouldn't work at all, it didn't punch or cut or anything. I got a refund and got to keep the faulty product. I had nothing to loose so tried to fix it. Turns out the two disc's on it had just become misaligned, and it was a really easy fix! Haven't had any problems since, so even if it does arrive broken it's not too tricky to fix 😊 (Though if it arrives broken I'd contact the shop for a replacement first)

Yay! I pretty much only use my die cutting machine to cut out die cut's, I've not got any embossing folders for it. But if I do expand on those craft supplies, I would most definitely consider doing a video about it 😊

Oh that's awesome! I think a lot of people used to use them primarily for card making (that's what my mum got hers for) but I use them to create die cut's, to use just like any die cuts I get. Polaroid style frames are some of my favourite die's to use!

I wish I can have a craft room like this one day!! I saw you have a film thats not been developed yet. We had one the same issue- getting it developed late/later and when we developed it, it came out with random pink patches...thought i'd let you know so the photos don't ruin...
It's taken me a few years to get to this point with my craft room!
Oh yes I was aware, I studied photography at school and college so we learnt all about this. Luckily the photo's are just random, I never photograph super important events on my film camera just incase something messes up! 😊 Thank you for mentioning that though, I appreciate it!
Wish I had that room. I just had to re-arrange my corner of the living room from all my crafting supplies. lol. I am happy I don't have that many supplies though. My Desk was pretty much in the middle of the living room. lol. Very Nice Craft room though.

Would you please video the side of the Washi Tape shelf from the side and with a few washi tapes removed so I can see how it looks? Is the shelf angled so the tapes don’t roll off? I want to see if my StepDad can make one for me. Thanks! I love your room.
Do you ever think about doing surprise scrap bags to sell in your store? Like doing up some of paper bits, excess stickers, a sticky note pad, ephemera etc into a little surprise bag that people can buy for scrapbooking or journaling. That way you destash and the stuff doesn't go to waste
I have considered it, but it's usually quicker to just give it away in little surprise bags. Most of the time when I destash things, I just ask for shipping, so I'm not out of pocket. But I don't make any money from them 😊

Loved your colorful sweet space. ❤️ May I ask where you got your blue mugs you use for water pots (in one of your bins on the wall with your watercolor palettes) and the pink pots that you use for journaling in the bin on your desk? Can I ask if you ordered them all at once or in small quantities? I would like to order 24 but i am worried that they will arrive to the U.S. broken..yikes.
You can buy them individually or as many as you want. I also had a couple arrived broken and they sorted out a refund/replacement depending on what I wanted super quick. Aliexpress does seem to be really good with any problems like that 😊

Yes! I was a bit unsure about the amazon reviews too. But went for it and when I first got it, it was broken. Like wouldn't work at all, it didn't punch or cut or anything.
I got a refund and got to keep the faulty product. I had nothing to loose so tried to fix it. Turns out the two disc's on it had just become misaligned, and it was a really easy fix! Haven't had any problems since, so even if it does arrive broken it's not too tricky to fix 😊 (Though if it arrives broken I'd contact the shop for a replacement first)

I pretty much only use my die cutting machine to cut out die cut's, I've not got any embossing folders for it. But if I do expand on those craft supplies, I would most definitely consider doing a video about it 😊

Oh that's awesome! I think a lot of people used to use them primarily for card making (that's what my mum got hers for) but I use them to create die cut's, to use just like any die cuts I get. Polaroid style frames are some of my favourite die's to use!

To develop film have you tried boots they develop traditional disposable cameras when I was in London
That's where I used to get them done before, but I've not go a boots near me that does it 😩 I'm going to have to have a proper search I think and try to find somewhere locally!
